Good to know
5 things you need to be aware of
No CWTON number = invisible listing
Airbnb and Booking are legally required to hide listings without a valid registration number. No exceptions, no transition periods.
Smoke detectors are mandatory
Fire safety regulations require smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on the premises. Without meeting these conditions, you won't pass registration.
Guest register falls under GDPR
Collecting personal data from guests? You need a legal basis, a privacy notice, and clearly defined data retention periods.
Inspections without prior notice
Fire safety inspectors and sanitary authorities can show up unannounced. Your documents must be ready at all times, not just after a phone call.
Fines run into tens of thousands
50,000 PLN for failing to register, 10,000 PLN for incorrect data. Plus revocation of your entry and removal of listings from platforms. Not worth the risk.

About us
We created HostReady for property owners who, like you, want peace of mind before an inspection, not stress. We believe compliance documentation shouldn't just be a cheap template bought on impulse. That's why we developed our own Care as a Product model.
What does that mean in practice?
Most companies sell static templates. We deliver a living system that protects your rental business.
Our philosophy rests on three pillars:
- Understanding over fear: We don't just hand you dry procedures. Our materials educate and explain the "why" behind each requirement, not just "what" to fill in.
- A shared language for success: We remove language barriers by providing instructions in both Polish and English.
- A real shield, not paper armor: We deliver a system that is your asset during inspections.
